Michael Grossauer, co-owner of the successful Grossauer event and catering family holding company, chose for Derenko as a competent interior design partner because of its innovative design concept. The steakhouse-design of "El Gaucho" plays with the contrast between earthy materials and elegant, modern elements. Center of the restaurant is the perfectl equipped kitchen with a large glass front.
