After detailed planing the first prefab hotel was built in Himberg, south of Vienna. The aim was to create a new hotel building with 40 rooms and revitalize an existing. From the demolition works of the building to construction and interior design Derenko acted as a general contractor. "The Himberg" has 40 stylish rooms, an atmospheric bar and a tasteful lounge. Some of the rooms are long-stay apartments that are equipped with an additional kitchenette.
