The vegan burger boom has entered the next stage! On the Universitätsring directly opposite the main University of Vienna, the start of September saw the opening of what is by now the eighth Swing Kitchen branch in Austria, the 11th in the German speaking countries.
On around 240m² divided over two floors, fans of the vegan burgers and meat alternatives can now leisurely browse their way through the plant-based menu in this new prominent location. Tried and tested design elements were adapted to suit the circumstances of the new venue and in part further developed.
The location next to the university will also serve as a training center for all Swing Kitchen employees as well as a showroom for potential
franchisees.
