A distinctive steak restaurant has been created within the historic setting of a former Viennese tavern. Parts of the listed original interior were carefully restored with great attention to detail. Playful art and contemporary design elements create an elegant atmosphere that complements the culinary experience.
The menu features premium-quality cuts, including dry-aged porterhouse steak and special cuts from overseas, prepared in a 1,000°C Southbend broiler. With the addition of two new spaces – a dining room and a private dining room – the restaurant now offers even more room for guests.
A particular highlight is the wall covering featuring a Renaissance-style painting with cow heads.
The Beef & Glory brand was also developed and implemented together with the Derenko team and is one of our key references in hospitality and restaurant interior design.
Stylistically, the brand draws on the passionate love story of Europa and Zeus, translating themes of desire, indulgence and a love of meat into a distinctive visual identity.
