Client: House of Hörl – Hospitality Collection
Location: Elisabeth-Promenade 2, 5700 Zell am See
Year: 2026/27
Website: Bootshaus Zellavie
Category: Interior Design – Gastronomy
With the new Bootshaus Zell am See, a restaurant is taking shape directly on the Elisabeth-Promenade, combining its unique waterfront location with warm, characterful interior design. The former boathouse from the 1960s is being reinterpreted and transformed into a contemporary meeting place for guests and locals.
The design concept focuses on natural materials, warm wood tones and carefully selected colour contrasts. Burgundy and green tones, along with textile accents, give the interior depth and a distinctive atmosphere. The lighting design complements the architecture and creates different moods throughout the space.
In addition, Derenko Brand Design developed a fresh, vibrant brand that reflects the character of the boathouse and gives it a distinctive, modern identity. The result is a holistic hospitality concept that combines contemporary design with the relaxed lifestyle by the lake.
Completion is scheduled for May 2027.
