With its new location in Münchendorf, Castelletto is expanding to include a café, a gelateria and a central production facility. For the public guest area, we developed an interior design that combines the lightness of Italian gelaterias with the atmosphere of a modern restaurant while consistently continuing the Castelletto brand world.
Warm terracotta tones, natural materials and deep Modern Blue create a Mediterranean atmosphere with a contemporary character. A hand-painted mural forms the design centrepiece and gives the space a distinctive identity. Mineral surfaces at the bar, wood and refined material details create a high-quality, timeless appearance.
The impressive ceiling height of 7.22 metres and the floor-to-ceiling glazing create an exceptionally open spatial experience. Generous greenery, pendant lights with integrated plants and an atmospheric lighting concept emphasise the vertical architecture and bring vibrancy into the space. High-quality furniture with soft fabric and leather upholstery invites guests to enjoy the moment in a relaxed atmosphere, whether over an espresso, homemade gelato or Italian specialities.
