For the Fladerei franchise concept, Derenko developed a modern restaurant on Vienna’s Favoritenstraße, defined by its urban character and distinctive atmosphere. The contemporary restaurant design in Vienna combines warm wood surfaces with dark contrasts, industrial details and an open stone oven kitchen as the central focal point. Generous seating areas, a functional spatial layout and atmospheric lighting create an authentic dining experience with a high level of comfort. With Fladerei Favoritenstraße, Derenko delivered a distinctive interior design concept for modern franchise gastronomy, successfully combining brand identity, functionality and an inviting ambience.
