With the construction of its second location, A&RTech redefined its work environment by focusing on innovation, wellbeing, and collaborative spirit. The company, known for control and visualization technologies, partnered with Derenko to create office spaces that foster productivity while expressing appreciation for their team.
The design includes meeting rooms, a canteen and bar area, and several inviting lounges. Emphasis was placed on comfort, clear zoning, and atmosphere – achieved through a mix of natural materials, bold color accents, and smart lighting.
The centerpiece is a striking LED artwork, symbolizing the company's energy and vision, beautifully reflected in surrounding glass elements. Modular layouts and cozy seating areas contribute to a vibrant yet structured workspace.
The result: a contemporary office that embodies A&RTech’s values – innovative, people-focused, and future-ready.
