The "Homebound" brand represents a young, design-conscious aparthotel concept that combines the freedom of a private apartment with the exclusive charm and service of a hotel. The goal of the interior architecture was to create an environment that merges current design trends with artistic accents, giving guests a natural feeling of being "at home."

The design philosophy is defined by a soft color palette in gentle pastel tones and bright, high-quality surfaces. Organic shapes within the interior break up classic structures, ensuring a soft and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are open and friendly, supporting a sense of spaciousness while providing a cozy retreat. Under the motto "Easy days, cozy stays," every detail was designed to harmonize functionality with aesthetics.

With this project, Derenko has found a precise response to the needs of modern travelers.
