Following the successful redesign of the traditional guest room in 2017, the focus turned to the restaurant’s bright and inviting winter garden. Large glass façades paired with flowing curtains create a welcoming, sun-filled atmosphere during the day. In the evening, handcrafted wooden pendant lights add cozy charm and a sophisticated lounge ambiance.
Elegant furniture in textured upholstery tones, combined with natural materials like wood and linen, provides a timeless and comfortable dining experience. Dark wood accents contrast beautifully with the bright window surfaces, giving the space a dynamic spatial rhythm and visual balance.
The winter garden connects seamlessly with the main dining area, supporting flexible use throughout the day. With thoughtful lighting, warm textures, and smart zoning, Derenko’s design concept redefines rural hospitality with urban flair—making Landgasthof Muhr a benchmark for modern country inn design.
