In the heart of the historic Ottakringer Brewery in Vienna, Derenko has designed a unique tasting room that blends brewing tradition with contemporary interior design. As an essential part of the brewery tours, the space serves for tasting Ottakringer’s signature beer varieties and is located directly next to the brewery shop.

The interior concept merges industrial character with modern hospitality: black-painted piping, copper-toned beer tanks, and striking lighting elements create a dynamic, urban brewery atmosphere. Warm materials like oak wood, green ceramic tiles, and lush plant arrangements bring balance and authenticity into the room.

A visual highlight is the centrally positioned bar with its shimmering front, glowing Ottakringer logo, and exposed pipe system – a design statement that is both functional and iconic. Long wooden benches, flexible table configurations, and large industrial-style windows offer ample space for social tastings and guided beer experiences.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, Derenko has created a space where the Ottakringer brand comes to life – authentic, urban, and full of flavor.
